Case Study:
In 2012 PAT Perspective was contacted by a National Fire and Security Company to provide PAT Testing on a subcontract basis for a pub / hotel chain with approximately 480 properties across the UK. PAT Perspective was chosen to conduct testing for 80 properties in the South which covered Hampshire, Dorset, Wiltshire, Somerset, Devon & Cornwall. PAT Perspective was provided a contact list of all properties which required testing throughout the year which the dedicated account manager from PAT Perspective arranged at the start of the each month. PATP engineers wore unbranded clothing, liased with each site contact before conducting any work, used customised client labels and ensured there was no disruption to the business. Once the testing had been completed the branded report was sent to the client within 24 hours. A status update was sent fortnightly to the client to inform of any issues found along with testing progress.
